# LLMs.txt URL: /runtime/getting-started/llms-txt Tau publishes machine-readable documentation in the [llms.txt](https://llmstxt.org/) style, so assistants can index the docs and answer integration questions from the published APIs. ## Endpoints [#endpoints] | Endpoint | Purpose | | ---------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------ | | [`/llms.txt`](/llms.txt) | Index of every docs page with title, URL, and frontmatter `description`. | | [`/llms-full.txt`](/llms-full.txt) | Full processed markdown for every page, concatenated in one file. | For a smaller context window, start with `llms.txt` and fetch individual pages as needed. ## Per-Page Markdown [#per-page-markdown] Append `.mdx` to any docs URL to get that page as plain text — the app redirects to the text route. Example: [`/runtime/getting-started/installation.mdx`](/runtime/getting-started/installation.mdx). ## Set Up an AI Tool [#set-up-an-ai-tool] **Cursor:** Open **Cursor Settings → Indexing & Docs → Add Doc** and paste `https://docs.tau.new/llms.txt`. **Chat clients:** Paste the same URL into the assistant's "add documentation" or context URL field. **Command line:** ```bash curl -sSf https://docs.tau.new/llms.txt | head ``` Replace the origin when working against a local or staging docs server. ## Related [#related] * [Installation](/runtime/getting-started/installation) — package install and framework wiring * [Quick Start](/runtime/getting-started/quick-start) — minimal render example * [API Reference: Client](/runtime/api/client) — `createRuntimeClient` surface
